Wish we had this book during those Buffalo days, remembering those cooking sessions with my fellow roomies, never knew such a great work of culinary art was in progress two streets across, missed the chance to be the privileged ones to taste first. Appreciate the creativity and perseverance that you put into this. Well done both. I am sure this book will satiate the appetite of those millions of roomies around the globe.
