The Wooden Horse

Raj Dhoreliya

Pros:
Simple, picturesque, sweet setting.
Nice characters.

Cons:
Average story, feels rehashed. Can introduce some new element to make it stand out.
Simple writing, can improve.

Would I buy the book to find out what happens next? Maybe. 50-50.

Old Monk and Vodka

The starting synopsis was interesting, but I could not get anything regarding it of the initial chapters.
Try putting in some other chapters, with more meaty content, for review.

Characters need to be developed more, and again, work more on the manuscript.

Story might have potential, but it needs to be well put. For me, the writing style was very casual, even if it is a Chetan-Bhagat type college novel.

Try working over it once again.

Nirvana In A Corporate Suit--Magical Memoir Of A Nameless Corporate Guy

Raj Dhoreliya

Good concept, a unique idea. But the synopsis was more interesting than the sample chapters.
And i liked the cover as well.

But I would not go out to purchase this book.

What did not work for me:
1) Loose writing. It did not feel as if a professional was behind the pages. Need to rework on the style of writing.
2) The initial chapters were not gripping enough. I was curious as to what exactly happened on 'That Fateful' day that screwed up the protagonist so much.
3) No clear identification of the character.

Hope you don't mind the critique. All the best.
