Synopsis

Unconditional Love has no boundaries, no guarded fences; it’s like a limitless sky, a sheer deep ocean. It fills your world with infinite joy and then there are days when it leaves an unbearable pain right through that silly heart. Unconditional Love gives invincible faith, forms an inseparable bond, no God can break and if you are lucky enough to experience it, you know you have lived your life to the fullest.

That’s the kind of Love, Amy Connor was waiting for. At 18, she was the perfect daughter of the college dean – making friends easily, putting her best behavior forward; Amy kept good company, didn’t throw teenage tantrums and steered clear of infatuations and crushes. That was until, the Connor family moved to the quaint town of Bandora. Life bought in unexpected surprises and in Bandora Amy found friendship, love and a house she could finally call home.

Jake Xavier with his charming personality and boyish smile was the heartthrob among his college girls. He was in love with the idea of falling in Love but it wasn’t until he met Amy that he understood what Love meant. Having used to girls craving for his attention, it posed as a challenge when Amy didn’t succumb to his charms. The last thing Jake wanted was for his boorish elder brother- Adam, to scare Amy away.

Adam Xavier notorious for his private life and quiet nature was the man everyone loved and respected. A Photographer by passion, he also helped manage the family bookstore. Then one day through the lenses of his camera, he saw the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. Unwittingly, Adam was attracted to the new girl in the neighborhood, but having used to looking out for Jake all his life, Adam was not about to let anyone come between the Xavier brothers… not even Amy Connor. Little did Adam know that when it came to the matters of heart, he hardly had much choice!

When it came to Love, Amy was scared, Jake was determined and Adam was unsure. It was inevitable, then, when Amy met the Xavier brothers that all kinds of emotions sparked. With both the men were attracted to her, Amy had the un-envious job of following her heart and choosing her soul mate, the one who could share her dream, the one who will make her heart flutter with just a smile, The Only One with whom she could spend the rest of her life together.

But does everything we wish for, turn out the way we want? With destinies entwined, does Amy, Jake and Adam find their happily ever after?

A good writing style. Story is interesting and well presented. A lot of effort into scene setting and character development. Though, in parts paras were too long.

Very descriptive book. I can almost see the events unfolding in front of my eyes, really well told.
What I fail to understand is that this book has only 1% popularity after loads of positive reviews. Is this some sort of scam happening on this website where only authors with affiliation to big publishing houses are preferred. If so its very disappointing.
Jyoti, I feel you should seriously get this manuscript published.

Thanks for your review. I will have to wait for the committed time with BGB before I can pull it out from here and send it out to some publishers. It might never find a home but I am still proud of it :-)

And I wonder why there are only three chapters to read! I want to keep reading! Now!
A story so beautifully written that it held my attention from the very first page. The whole ambiance of the story is so soothing, almost fairy tale like. The life and people of Bandora is like life in heaven. The characterization is amazing too. (Can I say I'm already falling for Adam? *face palm*) I generally don't like stories that are descriptive but this was clearly an exception- I was immensely enjoying the minute details of the community life and of course the campus life of the college! The writing reminds me of Nicholas Sparks' novels. Brilliant!
Sigh, only if I could carry on reading the manuscript!

I really want this one to be published! Best wishes for your book, Jyothi. And thank you for the request to review the book, I enjoyed reading it a lot. :)

Positive first It gives a classy feel, very detailed and articulate as if I was reading Twilight by Stephanie, must read for who are romantic by nature
Now misses It felt that the author disclosed the nature of almost the entire characters in the first chapter itself. Sense of mystery lost a bit but overall a good attempt. Keep up the good work

So who is Amy really with?? I guess I will just have to wait endlessly wondering how does this go! Loved the narration, the prologue started with a lovely flow and then ended with a bang. I am in love with Adam. I hope to read the whole book someday.

Life and leisurely pace of Bandora is vividly imagined. Good character profiles and i like that the story is not rushed but slowly building up to the chaos that will descend on both the families.
