Synopsis

Juhi, a sixteen year old, small town girl has a lot of dreams, two of the most important ones are to grow up to become a radio jock and marry her childhood crush, Arjun. She and her best friend Roshni are confident that sooner or later, both her dreams would come true.

She gets a call from a wrong number on her sixteenth birthday when she is waiting for Arjun to call. She thinks that the guy on the phone is some jerk trying to get a girl and is not at all interested at first. But when she gets to know the truth, she calls him to apologize. They start talking and realize that they are quite comfortable talking to each other. She is confused between Arjun and Rajeev. Will she be able to decide between the two?

Oh no, it’s not at all a story about a confusing and hopeless love triangle. It’s a story about a small town girl who has dared to dream and is willing to do anything to accomplish that. Will she be able to? Or will she forget everything when the oh-so-perfect guy walks into her life?

Writing style is engaging but story line is not plausible. No one calls back wrong numbers.

The story looks like the script for one of the TV shows currently on. However, the only fault I find is that this story is addictive.
Hope it gets published and also gets the recognition it deserves. All the best.

Not my cup of tea. Either the story should have a novel plot or should be narrated in a novel way. This one was neither for me. In the first chapter, the girl confesses of liking nobody else's voice but Arjun's. And in the very next chapter, she seems to like husky voice. A volatile teenager mindset, my heart tells me, but my mind doesn't let me agree with such transitions that are forced to pave the way for the story.

About the transition that you've mentioned, teenage stories anyway don't need such transitions to continue, they'd continue without them just as well. That's how teenagers feel by the way, they're open to new experiences and eager to meet new people. That's at least how I've been or seen teenagers being. I'm glad that your heart found it natural though, teenage stories anyway aren't about brains as much as they're about hearts. Thanks again.

Well, I can say this is something different from the common fictional love stories currently trending. This story can create interest in those people who are conventional haters of romantic or love story fiction. Really impressed and moreover people can connect there lives with the characters of story. Impressive writing and expression of writer. 4* rated as I expect the continuation of this freshness in the entire story. All the best Miss Rajshree.

I really liked the writing style of the author and her ability to bring freshness to the storyline. The dialogues are easy flowing. I loved the bit "As if we said I love you to each other everyday". While reading one can feel the emotions of the teenage girl who is about to embark on a remarkable journey. Looking forward to reading more of this story!

Love is the most repeated yet most novel theme for any book. The freshness lies in the way it is expressed. The writer has penned every emotion that we undergo while being a teenager.
I gushed, blushed, smiled, awww-ed, felt the excitement and most importantly, was completely nostalgic. It takes us back to the days of the first love, the puppy love and the times when we do not calculate in love.
Loved it. The incidents are naive yet written with a maturity that does not brag and judge too much.
And Raj? Straight out of Switzerland peaks and Yash Chopra movies- every fimly girl will adore him.
Looking forward to what happens next. Hoping them to be together! ;)

Nothing innovative about the content of the story but I liked the way the author has written it- fast-paced, honest and straight-forward. A decent read but stories about teenage-love is not my cup of tea. However, the narration makes it a little different from other stories belonging to this same genre- there isn't any unnecessary drama or exaggeration about anything, and yes, the way the author has portrayed the mindset of the teens in quite realistic. Eager to know about what happens next, especially when Raj and Juhi meet and what the prologue was all about!

Well written...I had a smile on my face throughout...felt like a teenager all over again...what i loved that the author has tapped the age well..this is exactly how teenagers talk..few things when we read as adults, we find them foolish but the author has not let that affect the narrative and continued well...i wish the synopsis had not let out the entire story...nevertheless a good read...want to read further...
