Synopsis

In a remote tribal village in the heart of the Javadu hills that still hadn't been embraced by much of civilization, a meteor impact is seen as the work of God, more like an arrival of an Angel.

While people in the village celebrate the arrival of an Angel, far inside the forest where a camp had been set up for timber trading, things go really bad when five people from the camp don't return after a mission to the impact area.

Soon, incidents more horrible than death occur at the camp and the people start to pray to survive one more day…

Interesting read. Needs a bit of editing. Would like to know how the characters and the plots develop. Good luck.

There is no personal touch or emotion in the initial pages even though I felt there was a lot of action and a lot of people dying. I would suggest you create a few characters, show some fears and conflicts and then kill them off. It connects better with the readers. Best of luck!

I agree with your suggestion. This book was meant to be a novella and hence character development wasn't given much importance. The plan was to maintain a fast pace in all the 70 pages.

I love reading thriller and I have absolutely loved your story. There is good description and fantastic imagery. There are some grammatical and tense errors and also there is some telling instead of showing in certain places but that can be improved with a little bit of editing. I love how all the chapters end. Some dialogues seem unreal because if the setting is a remote tribal village, then the habitants wouldn't say something like 'grandpa' or 'guys' or 'shit'. But otherwise, good job!
